Jenny originally trained as a Physiotherapist and worked in the National Health Service for seven years. Subsequently, during time
spent at home with her young children, she came across Autogenic Therapy (AT) and found it to be extremely beneficial personally.
She then completed the therapist training with the British Autogenic Society and now enjoys teaching the technique to others.
AT is the best self help technique that Jenny has come across and she feels that it helps bridge the gap between orthodox and complementary approaches to health. She feels that AT can be a very useful adjunct to other therapies, giving the individual a sense of control over their own health and well being. Jenny teaches AT over an eight week course following an initial assessment. She works with individuals at her practice based at home in South Cambridgeshire.
