After having worked for many years in the arts, Frank made the decision to follow a different professional path and underwent
development and training as an autogenic practitioner with the British Autogenic Society. Having benefited personally from
Autogenic Therapy, he now enjoys passing on this practical, common-sense method for successfully dealing with the stresses
and strains of daily life.
He teaches Autogenic Therapy on a one-to-one basis so, if necessary, the course can be tailor-made to suit an individual’s needs. After an initial assessment, the course consists of eight once-weekly sessions, each session lasting approximately one hour. Frank can occasionally be heard on the radio discussing Autogenic Therapy. top of page |
