Helping others help themselves through relaxing, re-framing, and renewing by connecting mind, body and spirit in the present moment is my passion.

It is very rewarding to be a catalyst for the rapid and rejuvenating results people experience when they are able to let go of a wide variety of accumulated stressors, and to discover deep within themselves their own ability to re-balance and self-heal. Since qualifying as a Psychotherapist in the UK, Autogenic Training has been central to my practice.

Prior to returning to the states from England in mid-2011, I studied Cognitive Behavioural Hypnosis (Hypno-CBT®), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT-Tapping), Applied Relaxation (AR) and Mindfulness to broaden the tool-kit I could to offer to my clients.

I have lots of life experience as a mother, grandmother, foster mother and partner and I have more than 25 years of working in high tech in a variety of management roles.  These ranged from corporate marketing, through sales, to organization change.  So I am well able to understand the stresses of the home and of the workplace that my clients face on a daily basis.

Since joining the British Autogenic Society, I have contributed as a member of the Executive Committee and the Research Committee.  Enabling Patient Choice is one of my missions, and my doctoral research had this as one of its goals.

I am currently working with colleagues in the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and South Africa to bring the wonderful benefits of Autogenic Training practice to the forefront of the public mind, and to contextualize it within the Mindfulness, Applied Relaxation, and Hypnosis frame, so that individuals are better able to make clear choices about what methods and tools will work best for them along their self-healing journey. I am located in Andover Massachusetts, and my office is handicapped accessible.

I am happy to work with you via SKYPE if this will better meet your needs.
