Working for many years in the caring profession in different capacities influenced my decision to study for a BSc (Hons) in
Psychology. The knowledge and experience gained, allowed me to continue working with people at all levels (including commercial
businesses) guiding and encouraging individuals to recognise the ability to discover their own potential and continuing
self-development.
Having discovered the benefits of Autogenic Therapy for my own health and self- development, I decided to build on my psychology degree to study for a Diploma with the British Autogenic Society. Through my AT practice based in Brentwood, Essex, it is heartening to observe how passing on these life skills enables people to develop a calmness and gradual improvement to their self-confidence and ability to cope with many different situations, simply by tapping into their inner resources at will. top of page |
