Autogenic Training (AT) is for the self-motivated person (you) wanting to take control of your well-being.
People learn AT for anxiety, sleep problems, fatigue, any condition made worse by stress, or to enhance creativity and improve energy and self-confidence.
Learn it in 8 to 10 weeks with a BAS trained therapist and you will have a skill for life.
In London, AT is available on the NHS.
- Once learned AT is a cost-free tool for life.
- It can be practised in everyday situations with short exercises taking between 30 seconds and 10 minutes.

- AT is also available on the NHS. It is taught in groups of 8-10 people at the Royal London Hospital for Integrative Medicine through GP referral.
